In 1995, deep in Humboldt County, (Northern California) is where I began my professional tattoo career. It started with an apprenticeship under Dean Schuburt (part of Bill Salmon's Diamond Club and owner of Visual Tattoo) for the standard one year of instruction. From there, I fell in with Eureka, CA locals Shawn Arneson and Ed Lott, of Humboldt Original, Skin Signea Tattoo--two of the nicest and most talented artists on the North Coast. I spent 6 years tattooing alongside them.

In 2002, I made it out from behind the Redwood Curtain, only to end up in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. For the next 3 years I enjoyed the city life, where I got nice and cozy with the classic Vegas street shop hustle. There I met now good friend Shane Jay (owner of Classic Tattoo Las Vegas), who helped me perfect my artistry and technical skills. With the Vegas box checked, I was on to Los Angeles and happy to be heading back to Cali. I worked for 3 1/2 years at the busy Studio City Tattoo, which is where I met my current partner Connor Garrity. The connection between us was electric as we shared similar goals and artistic visions. The vibe was right, so together we decided to open up our own shop in Hollywood, Timeless Tattoo.

Now in my 14th year of tattooing, I am enjoying working around my friends and family in a laid back environment that Connor and I built from the ground up. I am happy and thankful for all that has helped me along the way.
